HAPPPY new year everyone. let by gones be by gones... all should start anew.. erm.. photos... i should upload next time. wait for others to send me.. oh.. yesterday the last day of 2007... i celebrated with BNS... oh afternoon actualli should be iceskating with kaiyin and wei xin.. but wei xin go back malaysia so ask neo and yilin to join in to make 4 to be entitle for the package.. but yilin last min got office party den no choice... ask jeremy loh... haha den skate from 3 to 7 like that... den went over to marina square. woah.. damn pack. reaching 12 den crowds are omg... super alot of people... confirm more crowded den national day christmas and any other occasion lah... then there wooo.. fireworks not bad... though every year looks the same haha.. anyway last year we count down at tcc haha... then we went home after that.. gosh.. took like more than 2 hours for the crowd to clear... but we still squeeze with the crowd and get it a quite empty train.. woah.. oh man.. i wan go do my projects le... update again... oh yah... first day of 2008 =D doing projects... thats rite. =D

okies... den i went to school to run today... not much people there.. i mean SP trackers... run with richard lin er and meifang.. oh... last few week lin er broker her 2.4km with 9.3something mins... and dairus broke his and my record with a timing of 7.5something mins.. haha woah... great job.... =D impresssed.... i should catch up soon... oh...

should we treat people the same way they treat us... or should we just treat everyone nice no matter how they treat you?? a limit to everything bah i guess... those who are sad... do cheer up...theres mani things you should be happy over den to be sad over a few things.. said... easy... yah i know.. but try bah.. hope everyone is doing well.. schools goona start soon.. should be getting busy and more busy soon... smiles...

On the christmas eve.. erm.. oh went to ica and pei huiting collect her passport. shes very happy about the new passport somehow. den in the evening met with BNS. oh yah.. all late... so i took zixuan car to jasmine house first. christmas cum house warming =D. her mum prepare quite alot of good food... curry somemore... with chicken and beef.. woah.. oh i just remember i forget to try the cream puff! anyway was sitting around... den took some pictures.. okies should show you all some of the pics.. today... woke up at 12? den nua at home.. meet alvin at bout 5? at nyp for a run. his training for his nafa.. so train with him loh. abit raining lah.... but nvm... he did 12 rounds. =D wonderful. his getting more fit. all thanks to me?? nah... his hardworking lah. can onli motivate him to run. den meet yilin at J8... for dinner. and bought some christmas gift... woah... some photos i found dated last year i think... or last 2 year....

Today finally got to meet up with my BNS group.. =D kinda glad everyone is still bonded together though some cant make it to come... but i believe next outing one christmas eve they will bah. And jasmine still came down to find us though quite late le. wah realli ate alot today.. let me start of with wat i did ... morning woke up at bout 10.30?? yah quite worried bout something. but glad everything is safe.. =D then ate some rice my aunty bought at about 1 den head for school.. yah wondering why i still go to school on holiday... its for my CSB test project.. suppose to come out with a formal meetin and act it out. den after tat discuss another project WSNA, then CRM, PTH.... but not FYP yet.. phew... den went to vivo to meet BNS group bout nine of them! and add me... i make it 10!... they cut the cake le for ah kat!... tirumisu cake.. bits of alcohol... yilin was abit drunk from it.. yah she was realli very high when i get there.. she realli cant take alcohol... omg... imagine by just eating a cake and get drunk... then we went to makan sutra to eat...! i ordered five chicken wings... =D den order gong bao tian ji!.. with one big rice. wahaha... den we go shop around.. jasmine want to buy for her bf a cadican? dunno how to speelll... den im suppose to be her model. haha try on the shirts she wan to buy... so first we went to top man... nothing she like... den she went to zara... oh..... took some photos...

Then we head for hongkong cafe!!! after not deciding to watch movie... cus scare no train. we eat desert... den i add another bowl of noodle.. omg... the egg is super big... locke gf, yilin and i share the mango ice... well.. den we head home!... along the way... we ttook some photos with the below lightings... haha not ggin to post them lah...

Then on the train tok tok tok.... when i reach woodlands.... i realise my HP ppouch GONE!.... i cant go out lah... cus my ezlink inside also... den jeremy lend me his card... omg... den i call the most suspected person.. yilin... she at first also think she never take.. den i ask her check her bag... den she keep laughing... gosh.... scare me... then here i am home safely....

Saturday 8th dec.
woke up like 12pm den prepare to go pasir ris. Pack so many clothings and such thinking will be playing alot of things. Then reach there bout 3 plus and saw zhongyan and yilin went alighting the train. then waited for the rest to come. afterwhich we head to pasir ris. Wha... so long le ever since we go there and have fun. =D is nice to see the sea and feel de sea breeze. play some basketball and den go around playing the playground haha suddenly feels like kid again. pratically try out everything there including the swings =D haha. theres one small half spherical shape seat which looks like use for spinning while sitting on it. i sat and before i knew it alvin push and spin me around. my god.. theres no one to stop the things yourself... my heads like spinning so hard liao.. den i shouted for help haha... if i wan to stop the onli way is to push yourself off the chair and land on the ground injuring some part of body or shout for help.. yah i chose the second one.. den dairus and alvin were like tryin very hard to stop the thingy from spinning.. phew... lucky... when it stop my head is still spinning. hooo... griddy. den i brought yilin to that place and spin her... lol.... all the same... shouted for help also... den the rest dun dare to try le... =C den when back to the pit and get some food to eat. waited for awhile before dao yan send me to the airport.. hoo im not flying off anywhere.. im fetching my sis. while at the airport me zy and daoyan where discussing where to go for holiday den one of the choice is my hometown! others like japan lah, europe lah... too next so will leave it till next time. =D yilin alvin dalun and a few more ggin austrialia on march. free and easy. nvm we waited for my sis for like an hour plus le. my friends left le.. den left me and my uncle. we wait at belt 16.... so long... everyone like come out le still never see my sis.. correct mah she came from xiamen ah.. den i call my mum ask her for the flight num.. heh... dosent tele with the one we waiting for.. haha den my uncle saw one from beijing den he went over and saw my sis at belt 20. omg.. she waited for like half and hour le. she got no sim card or money to call us... haha so poor thing. den we went home loh.... initially wanted to go back to pasir ris but then leo call and say almost everyone go home le... so.. hmm... might as well go home since its starting to rain also le. hmmm.. should go watch war lords sooonnnn....

First i open my eyes and it was 6.15... inactivate my hp alarm den dunno why the next moment i woke up and its 6.40 le. my lesson starts at 8am.. thought still can make it so wake up and prepare everything. Oh no got people using the toilet.. so have to wait loh... den my turn to use le... my aunty wake up and ask me hurry ... hoo... this house... 7am everyone will have to fight for the toilet.. so i hate to wake up at that time. den when everything was done.. omg... bout 7.20 le... drank a hot milo den rush out le.. thought still can make it... den when the bus took so long to come.. i know instantly.... gone case.. no need go lesson le. so late one. den i msg my friend.. haha she better.. she tell me she haven wake up.. den i msg another friend to remind her go for her maths elective cus she cant wake up and didnt go for like 4 3hrs lesson le. warning letter she confirm get le. den she tell me she just wake up also -_-~ not that i late le dun wan to go lesson. BUt that lecturer will mark anyone who is later den her absence loh.. so go and go also nvm lo loh. better not go so dun have to see her expression. but i feel like stdying... haiz... so hard to study nowadays. yah i waited at the foodcourt loh... den blog. anyway i think yst hit the high jump pole.. having abit of impact now.. or was it just abit lack of sleep.. i dunno haha.. hope can find something fun to do later after school... so bored... hooo.....

Today.. sports day!... and its raining like there will be no tml. Seems like the rain will flood de whole singapore. But the sports day still carries on.. so what we have to do? yes run in the rain.. feeling like falling sick any point of time now... pray tml wunt wake up with dizzyyyyy head. Anyway today did high jump, long jump and one mile relay. high jump i got 2nd!... hoho and i hit the pole with my head for one jump. omg.. den for long jump i got 1st! happy... for the relay our team mixed with some other schools and we got first! throughout the whole jump im in the rain.. den the rain got so strong that the team relay for 4by100 and 4by400 have to be postpone. dunno when will it be.. hmmm... overall... im tire... nites..

sunday was standard chart... i woke up freaking early... after like onli 3 or 4 hours of sleep. woke up like 4plus a.m yawn... tire but got to prepare for the big race!! my target was to at least contribute to the team bah. Wat i took part in was the 10km mixed team consisting of one gal and five guys.. onli top 3 guys and the girls timing will be included in the overall timing. The race flag off at 7.15am sharp. Kind of early to run isnt it? well at least its better then the maration runners.. they flag off at 5.30am... thats omg. everything seems alrite.. yah manage to keep up with dairus and ricky till maybe the 4km mark.. den they start to drift away le!!!.. after the 5km mark, you boon and leo overtake me le... sad ah... haha you boon like full of power that day.. haha as usual.. in the end i got last in my team... with a timing of 40mins and 50 sec for 10km.. oh man... but happy to see 3 of my team mates hitting 39mins... haha which led us to the 3rd position in the mixed team. Thanks to them... =D congrates to my team. but i just hope i can do better that day... but well its over....

NOw... its time for sports day!!!... i took part in high and long jump and 4by 400m... hoo! hope to at least get 3 medals?? =D oh that will be tml le... wed...

today... will be going to suntec and collect the race pack for standard charter run. next week will be the race le.. haha dunno still can run not.. anyway next week will be very very very and super busy week.. everything cramp up to one week.. all the projects.. omg... 2 presentations plus one more the following week. tuesday have to present to clients oh no.... has have faith in my team... hope we get selected so we can get a better grade. jia you bah!... and weekends here.. everyone have fun yah!

hmm... today went to school feeling so tire... 8.30 have to reach school... and i reach 10mins late.. tHe other grps had start presenting. so yah... just went in to listern.. after each grp we have to ask questions... kind of dumb... cus we have to ask to get marks.. thats forcing us to ask.. its not like we wunt listern to their presentation mah... den when we want to ask a question say told us no time le.. have to wait for next grp le... wth... during break ate saba fish.. from the jap store... after that still hungry lah.. but dun want to eat le.. den go lib and slack before ggin for the photo taking session. den go for law lecture.. haha as usual... never realli listern... cus our class come in half way through the lecture. den after that went to clubhouse to wait for training to start...
5pm le den i went down to stadium.. one point to note... huida is getting old le loh.... training... cannot make it liao loh... the whole body like failing le.. haha .. or maybe realli just too tire le bah... want to do a 4 times 2.4km... but den when i did one with timing of 9.26mins... phew... like all out liao... dunno why... den dun feel like continue le... so whole day onli do that haha.. sad ah... last time can do two times 2.4km easily below 9mins... de... omg... now i realise... not old.. but realli old le... standard chart next sunday!... $2000 cash prize.. haha... attractive... den next wed... first day of sports day.. erm that day dun have my events haha so no worries! hooo... on tha actual day 12MPs will be coming down.. wahhh.. so quite grand ah... omg.. haha okies lah kinda tire le... should end here! nites! ardiyoooossss...

Today reporter zeng got something to share with you, something worth the celebration.

Zeng: Well today indeed it is a joyous day. For the first time since many years ago, SP track and field had not taste the feeling of getting a champion in any team or any major race. And today in POLITE road race they emerge top in tha guys catergory and of cus, the girls had done well too!. So great that feeling isnt it Huida?

Huida: Yes of cus.. it feels like being in the heavens in the sky...

Zeng: yes of cus thats exaggerating abit too much.. but of cus its still worth to call for a celebration isnt it. And we have here some photos taken at POLITE.

This week is a test week. You could see everyone mugging on the train as they head for their schools. Whats the use? Huida is one of which doing that. And he concludes that theres really no help for last minutes stduies. Only cause mental bl0cks. Three papers completed for him. Today Law for business test. Test time: 8.30am, good timing for a test, what the hell. Everyone would be most likely to remember what they dreamt rather then what they had study... After the test, as usual, very normal phrase can be heard. such as "die lah!", "confirm fail liao", "gone case" and many more. To huida, easy paper if study for it. But he didnt really study for it.
Now time to relax for awhile before the next paper starts on friday.. Same timing 8.30. What to do? lecturers have to go school early, they dont want you to sleep more then they do. Pure assumption made. Not true.

Hi singapore, ADNN(ahda news network) had disappear for a very long time and now its back to bring you the latest news that is just out of oven -hot-...

20th oct: IVP day one
A guy name huida( a long forgotten name) once again did his stupid stun. He is attempting to run 400m hurdles for the first time in his life. well for we all know he had not even clear more than 4 or 5 hurdles in his training( running slow pace). The race ... starts, first track event of the ivp and furthermore he is in the first heat. As the gun goes *bang*!!!! he dashed right ahead and head for the first hurdle, and there HE GOES!!! UP and DOWN!!... yah both foot landed at the same time so yah can imagine how he clears the hurdle... and he continues on till the finishing line... well did he made it???? YES!!!!!!! HE DID!!!! HE got 9TH!!!! his first time running 400h and he got first...!!! but is that someting to be proud of?? Not really, his event only got nine people in total.. so in simple words, HE IS LAST. yeap but he is alrite.

24th OCT: IVP day two
Darius beat his record with a timing of 38mins for 10km!!! You can see huida's jaw hang loose... Keep it up darius..

17th OCT: IVP last day, day three
A race very much anticipated by huida... he trained for it, unlike the 400h. He tot... maybe just maybe he can aim for 4th or even better 3rd... his timing he aim for is 11mins... But right before the race start, he felt so wierd. He feel like vomiting... he do not know the reason. he just felt strange. But he will fight on. As the race bout to commence. He feels the desire to win and to take everyone down as he looks at his competitors. And *bang* again... off he goes, his aim-1.33mins per round. first round went smooth, the second round, then came the third round, he felt something, he could hardly breathe properly.. And deep down he keep asking himself "why at this time?" , " Why at the last ivp race?", but he kept pressing on... hoping he would be better after a few rounds. But it gets worst, he could not breathe well as his nose is now block, and his body start to give in.. He could only look at the front guys and see them slowly drift apart from him. Friends and coach cheering him on... He tried to push harder... he really did try... i know it cus i can feel him... to the last two laps, he merely have any strength left.. He wanted so much to catch up with the front... "just one more guy" he pray... Before ke knew it, the front finishes their race and left him and the rest behind him... as he bout to reach the finishing point all he can hear is " BEHIND YOU!!!"... a guy footstep draws near... and using the very last energy he have in his body he push for the last 10m.. and lay flat on the ground after that... second time... he ran a race with such difficulties... The last time was during the wings cross country.. and then now.. well... his friends did great and he is glad for his track mates.

It was like any other day, ahda woke up from bed.. "oh shit!" he exclaimed, but not that loud as he saw the sky is bright. His lesson on tuesday starts at 8am... and he needs to wake up at 6am. to prepare for sch. so by right, when he wake up the sky should still be dark dark.. ya now know why he say "oh shit" ?
okies continue on ... so he woke up and look at his handphone.. its 7.30!!! why haven the alarm rang??!!! oh then he realised wats wrong... that stupid ahda.. set alarm forget to change the default p.m to a.m... so in the end.. you knw why the handphone alarm never ring. okies.. and this not the first time.. this happens to him twice or thirce.. haha.. he should do something bout it....

today woke up like 5.30. prepare myself to go and cheer for those running in the womens great eastern 10k run.. GIRLS.. haha you all did a great JOB!.. haha congrate to meifang whom acheive her aim.. and yiying who told me this the first time she completed this type of race without walking. and val for completing the race, yilin and guet ping too. for trying hard and finishing the race.. why all this event so freaking early start? haha especially ARMy half which flag off at 5.30.. ahha.. crazy.. haha bet everyones still sleeping at that time.

wahaha so long nv update again. yeap I think ah.. My track and field training.. hmm i felt like i have reach the peak or something haha anymore space for improvements?? It seems so hard to improve much further even by just a few seconds faster. Alright haha i have computed the time i spend on training.

9% of a week on training
14% a week on Schooling hours
27% a week on sleeping (wahhh)
10% a week on eating =p
6% a week in front of computer
11% a week from the point of waking up to reaching the school and other transport time

wahaha den i left with 23% which is 39 hours(total 168 hours). what i do with that? ermm first have to allocate some time for stdying and doing homework projects and everything.. haha you all dun laugh.. i study one okies.. and erm.. the rest ya got to put it aside for friends.. must play also.. if not life is omg de sian.. well thats my life haha..

And for today =p.. i just run finish the 12 hours 2.4 relay run.. my god lah.. is maddness.. but honestly we really had fun.. i manage to come in first few with the leading pack the very first round! ahha.. den ya after the gap is there.. we just maintain! hoho.. but we run and run and run counting laps after laps.. soon its like plus 5..am.. den my body somehow.. cant breathe and running si so painful.. see a doctor there and he ask me to stop running. okies.. i stop after completing the 9th 2.4k.. den i sleep for 45 mins.. woke up and is like left a few laps left to clock the 172 km milage.. thanks ramesh for subsituting me for ahwhile.. and the last few laps.. i run again... its really painfull... even with the ultra slow speed im running.. phew run the first run with lip kee.. and completeed the last run with the last of track mates.. =p... and it signals the end of race... started at 9pm on 13th friday.. and ended on 14th sat 9am.. hoho.. well done guys! well done helpers!!.. all are great!!!!... we never cheat! we did all this for charity and for ourselves! most impt we really enjoy the time spend tgt!.. yes and result!!!.. okies talking about the cca booth.. haha see no purpose.. no one seems to bother.. so little intake.. why so little people likes to run?? hmm.. sometimes i wonder why they do not want to join track.. for some people they saw track and first thing they say is
1)" omg track and field? i can nv run loh!" - wat do they mean? they cant run?? nono i think everyone is capable of running well..
2)" i run so slow, cannot lah!" - does track and field let only those fast runners join? NO!.. you dun have to be fast to join track.. as long as you like running .. we always welcomes you!.. and everything have to start from the basic.. we train and we improve.. this how things work isnt it??
3) " im very busy i got too many things to do" - ya right! and you are walking around looking at other booths.. and ask yourself is you play alot of computer games at home or go out with friends everyday after sch? just a little of your time each week to run.. will that kill?? somemore i better to run den to sit in front of a computer whole day and play the whole day.
4) " huh very sian leh always run and run" - you didnt even join track and you assume wat we did everyday is run?? NO!.. we dun always run.. we organise outings too!! and sometimes we will be playing games. but yes the core thing is to run..
aiya nvm whatever other reasons are.. but some we will understand for those whom likes to run but do not want to join.. nah not forcing people to join.. but just want to correct those wrg mentality of those people whom have a diff mindset about wat track and field truely is and can do for you.

Sence 1:
Yesterday i got to know this friend. And i must say.. indeed we knew each other in a very special way. Inside a bus we get to know each other.. But its a stranger whom build our friendship. A perverted stranger i must say? =p yeap after eating i went back home.. chose to take a bus because my butt still tire after the run. As i bored the bus, i saw this girl sitting alone and a guy wearing green behind her.. and some aunties and uncles.. i sat in front.. while the bus driving still waiting for people to board the bus. The girl i saw came to sat next to me. That moment im thinking " why she got place dun sit come sit with me , isit cus she saw her ex or something with another gal den she wanted to ask me be her fake bf.." wahaha ya im thinking too much but i see all the show is like that. Yeap but it turns out not that way lah.. haha.. she ask me pretend to be her friend.. cus got one man like trying to get very close to her. yeap is the man behind her. and yeap is the man whom started our friendship haha.. we chatting abit lah. her name, pei jun. stdying jc.. my age.. too. Then her family none at home and she scare that guy will follow her again. yeap again cus not the first time the guy stalk her. so i send her to her block downstair.. oh well her building its just next to me lah.. so cross the road and it reach home.. yeeap just say bye bye.. and there i go, heading for home.

I reach home and went online, ya of cus after washing up lah. then chat and everything.. then i received a friendster msg.. it was from that girl, a msg of thanks and appreciation.. yeap you are welcome. then we chatted on msn. nothing much. anyway she from dance lah.. guess she like dacning alot too? not again haha. nah anyway a new friendship is form just like that. amazing?

in the morning its ivp. went to run my final event for ivp, thats 800m.. well got fifth out of 18.. well the position improves but not the timing hence im not that happy too. but track was great i got to know a few more friends during this ivp.. a SMU guy and a TP guy, and a NP guy? yeap the smu and tp guy running bout the samn event with me. And yeap we will meet agin next ivp. =p oh anyway that day was damn cold lah.. raining damn heavy. and i ran my event in the rain.. suppose to start running at bout 2.30 but due to the rain, was drag till 3 plus. whole body cool down le.. how to run? haha still try my best lah.. and i realise 800m really need alot of tactics.. not just bout running fast and everything you need to plan well how to run. cus its like 18 people all fighting to get their position.. was box during the first 150m den start to chase to the front.. heard alot of shouting here and there.. but really Thanks to those who cheer For me.. =p lOve you all.. yeap now is over le.. have to wait for next ivp.. now? training for cross country all those.. so yeap.. train hard bah ahda.. jia you =p and jia you to the rest. =p

the dining:
well went to toa pahyoh to eat.. with zy and you boon.. didnt want to go jurong east with the others.. just want to stay quiet for awhile. =p yeap.. and we went to the store where we can refill our rice for free.. and yeap we order one big dish of chawsew meat and duck meat and roasted pig meat and a sui jiao tang. order 3 rice at first.. den after that order another 3 rice.. finished to rice but the meat haven finish, so we oder another 3 more rice. yeap in total we 3 guys ate 3 plates of rice each.. 9bowls of rice for 3 person haha.. the other table uncle just look at us with those look.. ya lah we hungry ghost.. come on.. i run like hell okie. stomach empty mah.. yeap den went to mos burger to get a milk shake and some ice strawberry to eat. den chat till almost 10 den we went home =p.. yeap at it goes to sence 1. yeap that all those yesterday =p

Story about a little boy. In fact it is about a stupid little boy. Heres how the story goes:
Deep in thoughts, a little boy, ahda, looks out of the window. Looking at the far distances sources of light and thinking how far his body is capable of taking him. How far can he walk how far can he run. Just how run he can goes till he collapse.? And he challange himself to take up the Army Half Marathon to be specify, its a 21km run.. seems short?? look at this.. its actualli 21000m long.. still short? 2100000cm and 21000000mm.. woh.. now that seems something big isnt it? yes yes.. to him is a big challenge because he never even run that kind of ungodly distances before ( and that freaking stupid boy was thinking of taking part in the marathon. 42.195km at that time too) . He sign up without asking his coach if he should. (dumbass isnt he?) well his coach when he knew about it. of cause he is not that happy. the little boy got lectured. coach ask him, why he want to risk the injury? why?? cant he plan his races well? (boy at that moment thinking.." oh ya hor wth am i thinking? i have totali forget what coach told us last time") but since sign up le coach ask him to just treat it as a morning jog. and well it is indeed very very early.. just wat time the race flag off?? its 5.30am for godsake. and that stupid boy go register. he stay over at his friend house.. and well they slept at 12 plus..am. and they got to wake up at 4am.. yes indeed they are mad. He close his eyes and sleep.. next min it is 3 .40plus le.. his friends are up.. toking away. total he only sleep bout 3 hours. then have some breadfast and they were sent to the starting point(esplanade) by his friend father. Upon reaching the place. WOh.. the boy though maybe they should record it dwn.." the day half the singapore woke up ealier then 5 am." maddness he thought. well his mad also. anyway the race start and there he goes.. running with his friends. slow run.. run to lao pat sa then shears bridge then east coast park then douby ghout then end at pardang(think wrg spelling?) oh well anyway that little boy stop at every water point and drink water. got milo ah, got isotonic water ah.. got plain water with many peoples sweat in it. anyway it is a very good experince for him lah.. his tire after that cancel the days activity and went home to rest having eating a horrible chicken rice..

HOws your life? sept start, you will be very busy. so many many many camps you have do take care. i got none. but i have one important event that will take up 3 weeks of sept already. IVp.. not really train for it. will it be better then last time? hmm.. i hope even if i dun improve they will deprove.. so at least it makes me feel like i got improve. man.. wahha jia you bah everyone.

So long nv post le. and so many things had happen.
Just a small speech to all track family:
we witness the victory of our team during the poly 50.. though we got 2nd for team one, DQ for team 2( suppose to be 4th) and 11th? or 10th for team 3. we ourselves know very well, we are de winner and forever will be no matter wat results we get in the end. Matter most is the bond that strenghtens so much after that event. WE dun lose hope we have not thrown our face. we still lift our head high up showing everyone, the day of victories will be ours to hold. We will be back again next year. not jus training hard but runner smart for it.
Fellow team mates.. we all feel the same, we are despair and filled with sorrow but in the end, we all knw though we nv get that No.1 sport.. we got another thing in return.. we got our strong bonds we got our experiences, we learnt something new... 3 for one...isnt it better den being 1st?? No ones fault, no one is to be blame for anything.. lets face it.. we are a track team.. even if they cheat, we should out run them too.. if jus we had train harder.. so doesnt matter if we had lose.. we jus train harder.. what we aim is not for the matter(scientisfy term, referin to medal)... wat we want is things that others cannot giv, money cannot buy.. what we go for in each and every race is a better understanding of our true self.. you and i have make this far.. we dun jus giv up...
the future might seems uncertain.. thats why it is our job to clear that uncertainty working as a family.. mind the words i used... family.. i regard each and everyone in the track team as a family.. we ill go through think and thin.. and may our track and field grow in near future. thats my wish and hope it is to0, everyone else.. should see you all in trainin..

Arda enterprise is Down.. company collapsed. Sorry guys, updating my blog lesser and lesser nowadays.

okies for now, tuesday will be a competition... 1500m gah! so long nv train for that and den i have to compete will all the JC people.. hmm.. i cant say anything isnt it, but " huida you can do it".. self motivation i guess. coach say mus not lack of confidence...
oh ya talking about coach! man, i should have took that photo down!.. his the cutest coach i have ever come across so far.. and of cus he is not jus a coach but also a teacher and a father when with us. should look at his face when he ordered that 7up and the lady told him " sorry we dun have 7up, onli sprite... he face the lady and like made his mouth shape like that of a duck and aiyo dunno how to say but everyone laugh lahs.. i think that waitress is like " his so cute or something?" haha nah dunno.. he brought us to erm a restuarant on wed? ya and we ate buffet.. haha nice the food..! 4 stars out of 5.. and he wanted to pay everything again haha.. he always wants to treat us.. he says he dun look after us who will gah.. sounds like our real father.. but we return him de money still, cus its like damn ex can.

Mani see stadium as red colour rings round and round a field.. those who use it good... does that always avoid it.. my friend you should start and try to step on the ring of circles and try running around it.. if jus a round or two and you are tire.. your body is telling you.. you are not fit to run.. so should you jus stop since you are not fit enough to run?? my friend arda health chat got jus the solution to your problem.. for those who cant run a round.. start with a slow one round and do it again the next run... next week comes increase to maybe 1 half or you like 2.. and so on.. haha thats all lahs Arda health chat just wan to promote running... back to our Arda story Network.

story by a little prince...(real life story)
HUiZeng(a guy) alittle boy look around him.. everywhere is so dark.. so dark to him..he thinks he is living in a world so dark... he is so scare.. den a voice came.. so familiar... "ON the &£*&ING light you asshole! " oh huizeng is in his room.. den he look out of his window.. and into the sky.. woh...!!! so mani stars.. and A moon.. he went into deep thoughts.. thinking of everything he could.. first he went back to his past memories.. he and his little friends.. having fun together.. his two little friend little yanLim and sensen. his little story of the past begins here:
huizeng and sen sen and yanlim being a little so pervert and was following this pretty xiao mei mei... they follow them and slowly forget about their parents(they were on a trip in china). they wonder off with the gal and when come to an end they realise.. "omFG we are lost!" little yanlim bring the most violent shouted out loud.. "oh ya hor...!" little huizeng the dumb of the dumb continues.. sensen lehs? he is still looking at the xiao mei mei..

Saturday 27th of may 2006 3.30pm... many people are outside shopping, having fun with bf/gf/family/friends/relatives and some celebrating their birthdays... but someone... jus a little boy... out there staring into the huge blue sky on top of him.. his heart goes.. " BoBobobo...BoBobobo..bobobobo" wondering wat will be happen to him next. a head of him is a very long route. 5.2km to be exact.. watx a little boy doing there? not veru sure.. den a loud " BOOOORRRRR!!!!" and the race begin.. oh his actualli running a x-country race. amist all the tall tall uncles... a little boy shadow appears... jus beside them. and it follows them thru into the OMG BIG forest.. his scare.. cus all treesss... why that day no monkeys ...he thought. he think thru mani things to get himself ggin.. but somehow... he lost track of them... den a familiar guy went pas him.. he looks like a president or something to him.. someone who holds a very impt position.. oh.. its another small boy.. but a bigger boy boy den ardax. he watch him go. why ardax dun catch up? no one knws but he jus didnt catch up.. the distants drifted further apart between them.. den a very high mountain appear infront of him.. he ask himself " what energy will i have left climbing over this high mountain?" his confindence all gone... den he get slower... and a lighted parth shows up.. a gate to heaven?? no this time a gate to hell.. with almost no strenght left he pull himself thru. thinking watever he can to get him ggin.. omg his endurance is strong.. and when he reach a part.. some weird feeling.. he wanted to vomit.. he cant stand it and den he jogs.. end of everything?? ardax.. a very strong boy... he never gives up... not when someone actualli did ask him to jia you and try his best... he pick up his pace.. catch up with the front guy.. and be his shadow... den end of everything... he got 17th... sad but okies.. he knws.. this time he got 17th.. next time.. will never be the same.. ardax.. jus a little boy... going thru such a tough journey... ~the end~

BBQ at ECP for tracK and field

itX over =c... the fun is over.. not bad lehs the bbq.. quite fun especailly roday morning.. before we left the place.. Actulli its jus a BBQ. den sometime later it feels like its ggin to run heavily. so coach went to book a chalet room.. over night haha so in the end bbq became a chalet haha.. when for bladin and ridin bikes.. go play bowling also.. haix.. dunno why keep losing lehs.. sian..mus go practice le..
and im feelin very tire le now.. eyes closing and everything lol.. slept in the afternoon but like not enough lehs..
